All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You pay upfront for each session or package. We send a payment link, you complete checkout, then we schedule your session(s). Invoice provided automatically.
You can reschedule with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit that session. For multi-session packages, unused sessions can be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Yes, we're happy to sign reasonable NDAs before any engagement. All client information is treated as confidential by default. We never share specifics about who we work with or what we work on without permission.
Discovery Calls are 60 minutes. Strategy Sessions are 90 minutes. Advisory Sprints run 4 weeks. Fractional and Enterprise engagements are 8-12 weeks on average. We scope everything upfront so there are no surprises.
Start with the biggest constraint. Most businesses have one or two core bottlenecks causing multiple symptoms. We'll identify the root issue in the diagnostic phase, then prioritize from there. Multi-phase work is common.
